The focus of this role is to provide advocacy and support for residents.The Relationship Partner is responsible for orientating new clients to the facility, and facilitating them to settle into their new environment. As the first point of call for new clients, you will provide exceptional customer service, arrange key meetings and activities, and encourage clients to make choices about their daily living.
