Please visit our website for more details - www.morangroup.com.au The Maintenance Team Leader is responsible for managing the maintenance and gardening services at Moran Kellyville. This role also includes gardening, general repair and building and equipment maintenance. You will receive deliveries, source and coordinate various external services/trades on site and complete necessary paperwork, all within the requirements of Schedules, Manuals, Policies and Procedures of the Company. State and Regulatory Requirements must be met by the position, including record keeping.
