The successful candidate will then transition into a RN position within the household model. Key Requirements:Current Registration with AHPRA.Minimum 3+ years working experience as a Registered Nurse.Previous experience as a Clinical Care Coordinator or similar.Strong knowledge and experience of ACFI.Knowledge of the aged care industry, regulations and funding will be highly regarded.Good Communication skills.Ability to lead staff.Basic computer skills.Must have valid working Visa Rights.Current Police Check (or willingness to obtain)Current Influenza vaccinationAvailable for immediate start.
