Education and Quality Specialist

About this opportunityWe are currently seeking a committed Quality and Education Specialist (QES) to join our Corporate Team, reporting to the Group Quality & Compliance Manager.  As a member of the Corporate Operations team, you will work closely with the Quality & Education Coordinators (QEC) located in every facility to review and evaluate care and services delivery and implement continuous improvement initiatives to achieve a high standard of care and service delivery to our residents. The scope of the role is broad and varied and you will participate in corporate quality and change projects. You will be supported by a dynamic local and corporate leadership team and mentored to ensure you thrive in your role and further develop your skills.
