To find out more about us visit www.morangroup.com.au.  Our values are Respect, Kindness, Dignity and Compassion. About the opportunity We are currently seeking committed Carers to join our Care team at our Moran Sylvania home.Vacant shift: Morning Shift ( 06:30am to 13:30pm/14:30pm), afternoon shift (14:30 pm to 21:30pm ) - Tuesday to FridayReporting to the Registered Nurse in Charge you will be providing quality care and support to residents living in our residential home Moran provides 24-hour RN nursing coverage, so clinical support and leadership is always available to carers.  You will be supported and mentored to ensure you thrive in your role with us. You will work with a great team of dedicated people and your contribution will make a difference to our residents’ enjoyment of their life every day. Moran offers a rewarding work environment consisting of modern facilities and equipment and supports individuals to further develop their skills. If you are resilient and resourceful individual with passion to improve our residents’ daily life, this role is for you!  Key Responsibilities:Providing high quality essential care, personal assistance and emotional support to our residents in accordance with the individual resident’s care plan.
