Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, your day-to-day responsibilities will include performance development and management, providing advice on ER / IR related matters, change management, contribute to developing policies and procedures and coaching your team to success. What you'll need to succeed You will be HR degree qualified or have equivalent experience with exposure to industrial and employee relations, work health & safety and organisational development.  You will have demonstrated experience in conflict resolution and negotiation that requires high level communication and planning to achieve successful outcomes. Lastly, working in a fast-moving environment and being able to build strong working relationships with senior stakeholders will be second nature; and understanding the commercial challenges of business. Key skills and competencies required 3+ years working in a similar role, managing the HR and payroll functionAn ability to deal with rapidly changing prioritiesExcellent organisational and time management skillsMotivated, resilient and calmPossess strong interpersonal and communication skillsHighly motivated, proactiveCurrent police check, COVID and influenza vaccines and valid working rights If you are a team-player who would like to join us and share our passion for the aged care industry, apply today!
