To find out more about us visit www.morangroup.com.au.  Our values are Respect, Kindness, Dignity and Compassion.  About this opportunity We are currently seeking an enthusiastic Lifestyle Coordinator to join our Care team at our Moran Sylvania home. Monday to Friday 08:00am to 16:00pmAs a member of the leadership team in our Sylvania home, you will work closely with the Care Manager, and wider leadership team to provide high standard lifestyle and wellness services. The Lifestyle Co-ordinator is instrumental in creating opportunities for growth and development for our residents, to enrich their lives daily.You would be responsible for assessing, planning, and facilitating lifestyle engagement and practice at our Aged Care Home. This role includes developing and coordinating the delivery of our Lifestyle Programs through a dedicated team and working closely with on-site physiotherapists.Working with a wonderful team of dedicated people, your contribution will make a difference to our residents’ enjoyment of life. By developing programs that are fun, fulfilling, and meaningful, to enhance and maintain each person’s social, recreational, cultural and spiritual well-being.You will be supported and mentored to ensure you thrive in your role with us and to further develop your skills.
