About this opportunity
We are currently seeking an experienced recruitment consultant to join our Moran Head Office team.
This is a full time permanent ongoing opportunity with salary range $75 000 to $85 000 per year.
The Recruitment Consultant is responsible for end-to-end recruitment and mobility. The role is responsible for strategically sourcing, engaging, screening, interviewing and shortlisting candidates across all levels and Moran Homes. The role supports the Manager People and Culture and the Advisor People and Culture in upholding Moran's immigration and global mobility framework for compliance with employee, government, and employer obligations. You will offer specialised expertise in international recruitment, conduct labour market testing, and develop recruitment plans.
