We are looking for a Registered Nurse to join our Clinical Care Team in Engadine in a split role of 3 days a week as Care Planning Coordinator and two days as Registered Nurse. In addition to providing high quality nursing care and support to meet the changing clinical needs of the residents, this role presents an opportunity to develop skills in care planning and coordination.The CPC component of the position is a shared responsibility (job share) and is undertaken on 3 days on week days. The remaining two days are performing the role of RN.
