About the RoleDeveloping and evaluating individualised resident care plans and completing assessmentsProviding clinical services such as wound management, medication management and palliative careLiaising with medical and allied health professionals and residents’ family membersWork with the Clinical Leadership team with more complex clinical managementSupervising and supporting our Personal Care Workers.
